We built the triage step you keep doing by hand.

FeedbackFlow turns scattered customer feedback into a ranked, ticket-ready roadmap, so you spend your time deciding what to build instead of sorting notes.

Why it exists

Feedback shows up everywhere: an in-app note, a Slack message, an Intercom chat, a Zendesk ticket. Most of it never turns into a decision, because turning a pile of raw notes into a prioritized list is slow, manual work that nobody has time for.

Feedback boards tried to fix this by making your users do the triage: vote, merge, rank. We think that is backwards. The software should read every note, group the duplicates, score the sentiment, and hand you a ranked list. That is what FeedbackFlow does.

What it does today

You capture feedback from an in-app widget plus Slack, Intercom, and Zendesk. AI groups it into topics, merges duplicates, scores sentiment, and ranks it by priority. You can ask questions about the whole corpus in plain English and get cited answers, watch trends over time, and file any topic to Jira or Linear as a ticket with an AI-drafted title, summary, and acceptance criteria.

You can see the full list on the features page. Everything described there is live today, not a promise.

Where we are

FeedbackFlow is early. We would rather ship a small, honest product and grow it in the open than oversell it. You will not find fake logos, invented testimonials, or claims about certifications we do not hold on this site. When something is on the roadmap, we say so; you can read exactly how we handle your data on the security page.

FeedbackFlow is operated as FeedbackFlow (usefeedbackflow.com). There is no separate legal entity yet, so the service itself is named as the operator across our privacy and terms pages.
