Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FeedbackFlow (usefeedbackflow.com)(“FeedbackFlow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using FeedbackFlow on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

FeedbackFlow collects customer feedback from an embeddable widget and connected integrations, triages it with AI, and files it as tickets in tools like Jira and Linear. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly at info@usefeedbackflow.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Current plans and limits are described on our pricing page:

• Free is free forever and includes one project, 100 feedback items a month, the in-app widget, and Jira or Linear sync.
• Pro is $39 a month, or $390 a year (two months free). The first 50 paying workspaces pay a founding price of $19 a month, or $190 a year, for as long as the subscription remains active. That rate is locked: it does not expire, and it survives a cancellation and later resubscription as well as a switch between monthly and annual billing.
• Business adds unlimited projects, custom volume, custom integrations, and dedicated support, with custom pricing. SSO/SAML and an SLA are on the roadmap and are scoped per agreement; neither is included by default.

Paid billing is handled securely through Stripe once enabled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If you exceed a plan limit we will let you know and prompt an upgrade; we do not silently drop or delete your feedback.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• Use the widget or integrations to collect data you are not entitled to collect, or to collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis
• Resell or misrepresent the service

You retain ownership of the feedback and content you collect through FeedbackFlow. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and file that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to deploy the widget on your properties, to connect integrations, and to process end-user data, and for providing any notices your end users are due.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that AI-generated triage will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedbackFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you are on a free plan.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to FeedbackFlow or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

FeedbackFlow does not yet operate through a registered legal entity. Governing-law and dispute-resolution terms will be added here once an entity is established. Until then, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute; please contact us first at info@usefeedbackflow.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
