Changelog

What we have shipped, newest first. FeedbackFlow is early and moving fast, so this list grows often.

In progress
  • AI that helps you respond

Drafted replies and suggested next steps on each topic, so closing the loop with the people who asked is as fast as collecting the feedback in the first place.

Being built now, with no ship date attached. It moves into the log below on the day it lands.

  1. Feature

Design your widget by describing it

Tell the assistant how the widget should look and it drafts the design, with a live preview. Publish when it looks right, and roll back to any earlier version in one click. The install snippet no longer carries appearance settings, so it is pasted once and never edited again. The widget now renders inside a closed shadow root, which means your page styles cannot break it and its styles cannot leak into your page: if your own stylesheet targets #_ff-btn or #_ff-panel, move those rules into Widget design, or add data-shadow="false" to the script tag while you migrate.

  2. Improvement

One script tag, and a sample project to start from

The widget now installs with a single script tag, configured through data attributes. New projects can seed a realistic sample of triaged feedback so the dashboard shows what the product does before your own data exists, removable in one click.

  3. Feature

    Trends: aggregate intelligence over time

Per-topic volume and sentiment tracked over time, with spike detection, emerging-theme alerts, and a plain-English summary of what changed.

  4. Feature

    Ask your feedback

Ask questions about your whole feedback corpus in plain English and get answers with citations back to the exact notes behind every claim.

  5. Feature

    Customer identity on feedback

Feedback now carries who asked. The widget can identify signed-in users, and identity is resolved from Intercom and Zendesk too, so you know who to follow up with.

  6. Feature

Pricing: Free forever and Pro at $5 a month

Published simple pricing: a free-forever plan, Pro at $5 a month or $50 a year, and a custom Business plan.

  7. Feature

    Duplicate detection and merging

At ingestion, the same request from many people is detected and merged into one ranked topic instead of cluttering the list.

  8. Feature

Multi-source ingestion: Slack, Intercom, and Zendesk

Bring feedback in from Slack channels and from Intercom and Zendesk conversations, not just the in-app widget.

  9. Feature

    Automatic technical context capture

Widget submissions now capture the browser, OS, and page automatically, so you can reproduce issues without a back-and-forth.

  10. Feature

AI triage: topics, priority, and sentiment

Feedback is grouped into topics, scored for sentiment, and ranked by priority, with one-click re-triage for anything that came in earlier.

  11. Launch

    FeedbackFlow is born

The first build: an in-app feedback widget you installed with two script tags, and one-click tickets into Jira and Linear.
