- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. Free is free forever with no credit card required. It includes one project, 100 feedback items a month, 50 Ask questions, the in-app widget, and Jira or Linear sync.
- What counts as a feedback item?
- Each piece of feedback collected in a calendar month, whether it comes from your widget, Slack, Intercom, or Zendesk. The count resets on the first of the month, and you can see exactly where you stand on the Usage page in your dashboard.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing gives you two months free. Pro is $390 a year instead of $468, a saving of $78. On the founding price it is $190 a year instead of $228.
- What is the founding price?
- Founding workspaces pay $19 a month (or $190 a year) instead of the $39 list price, and keep that rate for as long as the subscription lives. It survives a cancel and resubscribe, and it survives a switch between monthly and annual. There is no end date: it is a limited number of spots, and once they are claimed the offer simply stops being available to new customers.
- How do I move to Pro?
- From Billing in your dashboard. Checkout is handled by Stripe and takes about a minute, with no sales call and no waiting on us.
- What happens if I reach a plan limit?
- We warn you at 80% by email and in the app. At 100% your widget and integrations keep collecting exactly as before, and nothing is dropped: new items are stored in full and simply wait un-triaged, with a count of how many. They are processed automatically when the month resets or as soon as you upgrade. Ask questions and ticket filing pause at their limits, since there is no partial version of those to give you.
- Do you have a plan for larger teams?
- Yes. Business adds unlimited projects, custom volume, custom integrations, and dedicated support. SSO/SAML and an SLA are on the roadmap rather than shipped, and we scope both on request as part of the deal, so ask before you sign anything that depends on them.
